Just like with the release of Skyrim back in September 2022, we've managed to get our mitts on the game a few days early to help our friends at GOG to make this version. I specifically have been waiting for the patch because my game stopped working after the latest one (though it worked perfectly beforehand, with the known bugs of course). TLDR: its honestly just better to wait for the devs to make a fix at this point in time. A DRM-free version of Fallout 4: Game of the Year edition is now available from GOG.com, making it the latest title in the Fallout franchise to get the Good Old Games treatment. Let's see how many of the long-standing issues get fixed after waiting for more than 10 days, and almost a month since release. and the effort and time and detail it would take to make a tutorial for every single temporary fix would be insane and probably a waste of many peoples time anyway, because just like so many that are showing they have no desire to read this thread, there will be tons of people who will not read it or overlook it or just simply try the first thing and if it doesnt work then they give up. thats why we say just wait for the devs because its not really possible to find everyones solution with one fix. some have even gone completely off book and got a crack. Some can simply adjust graphical settings or verify files, other need to fiddle with the registry or paging file. The biggest problem with that, though, is that there is no ONE temp solution thats working for everyone. Автор сообщения: KingOfFriedChickenWell you could mark it as a "temporary solution till patched" thread, keep it honest and im sure people will understand or we can just convince the OP here to mark it as an answer if they are still reading here lol
